Started in 2018 by Allan Pelaez, we are a local and family-owned brokerage firm that is passionate about providing extra value that larger firms may not, including personalized services, attention to detail, and motivation.

Allan started his career in 2003 at Keyes under the mentorship of local superstar realtor Rosa Nell Hammer who made such an impact that he eventually named his brokerage firm after her. In 2020, Allan’s sister Danay Pelaez joined the firm officially making it a family affair. Through Rose Hammer’s mentorship and partnership, Allan adopted her principles to take care of every customer as if they were part of the family as well.
